Martell Noblige Celebrates New Look with Eddie Peng

The Chinese actor stars in a short film that encapsulates the Maison’s “Soar Beyond the Expected” spirit.

Martell has appointed Chinese actor Eddie Peng as the new global ambassador for Martell Noblige. His arrival celebrates the launch of the revamped Martell Noblige bottle, which has been updated to embody the Maison’s audacious spirit as well as the “Soar Beyond the Expected” ethos.

Lauded as one of Asia’s most recognizable heartthrobs, Peng’s spirited desire for self-improvement and growth is depicted in the accompanying short film “The Leap”, directed by internationally-renowned photographer, film director and long-time Wong Kar-Wai collaborator Wing Shya. Seen in the video above, he reveals how he boldly walks his own path to overcome obstacles in life, serving as an inspiration for a new generation of cognac lovers.

Peng also springs into action in Martell Singapore’s first ever anamorphic billboard along Orchard Road. Through novel 3D technology, pedestrians are treated to a larger-than-life visual experience as the action star leaps off the facade of The Heeren to invite them for a taste of Martell Noblige.

The Martell Noblige blend comprises a minimum of 100 eaux-de-vie from the finest terroirs in the Cognac region, boasting a delicate taste that showcases the Maison’s focus on exceptional quality. Since its launch in the 1980s, the cognac has underscored over three centuries of savoir-faire and innovation, and now its refreshed image serves as a rallying call for a new generation to break boundaries and redefine convention.
