Following an extensive release back in 2021, sacai and Nike are now set to bring back their LDV Waffle collaboration. Expected to arrive later this year, we now have a first look at the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle Woven “White.”

The first look reveals that designer Chitose Abe has reimagined the hybrid sneaker with new woven uppers. The sacai x Nike LDV Waffle Woven “White” strays away from the previously seen traditional mesh and synthetic construction, introducing a woven design expressing a dynamic checkboard look. Aside from the usual midfoot Swooshes, detailing comes in the form of double-layered eyestay panels, tongues, and co-branding at the tongue tags, heels, and insoles.

Finishing up the design of the shoe are white midsoles paired with gum rubber outsoles, along with extra laces accompanying the special packaging.

Take a first look at the sacai x Nike LDV Waffle Woven “White” now expected to release later this year below.
