Nike Preps for The Masters With the Air Max 1 G "Always Fresh"

Ripe for the season’s first major.

It was just a few months ago that Nike debuted its reworked Air Max 1 Golf with a new enlarged Air Max unit, starting out with the silhouette’s OG colorway: Sport Red. Subsequent black and white versions of the shoe were underwhelming for some, but now Nike Golf has provided a first glimpse of its bolder seasonal colorways.

Dubbed “Always Fresh,” the spikeless golf shoe will commemorate the 2023 Masters Tournament as an ode to the staple Georgia peach. In keeping with the theme for golf’s biggest tournament, fuzzy peach overlays dominate the upper, while a green produce sticker is applied to the heel. Continuing the detailing, a canvas-like effect is applied to the ankle collar, and a special commemorative patch is stitched to the tongue. Rounding out the concept are ripe peach insoles and a translucent outsole which reads “Always Fresh.”

Look out for a release ahead of the Masters this spring, which is set to kick off April 6, 2023.

In case you missed it, Bogey Boys released an outdoor themed collection of polos, tees and hoodies.
