Maison Kitsuné Delivers Technical Outerwear in Collaboration With and Wander
In the second installment of its SS23 campaign, the French-Japanese fashion brand embraces the great outdoors.
For Spring/Summer 2023, French-Japanese design label Maison Kitsuné is delivering its “Explore Everywhere” campaign in three destinations. Following the first installment, which touched down in an imagined utopia the brand called “Elsewhere,” the second set, shot by Remi Ferrante, is set in the mountains, spotlighting a collaboration with outerwear imprint and Wander.
The collaborative range keeps functionality at the fore, with a bevy of technical silhouettes ideal for braving the great outdoors. Advanced textiles, including reflective and water-repellent nylon, lightweight cotton and moisture-wicking mesh, form breathable zip-up jackets, flowing track pants, and utilitarian shorts, with a warm-weather hike in mind.
The line’s palette plays into its earthy inspirations, with a selection of green-blue and black-grey designs. Across each piece, a joint logo appears to combine and Wander’s signature triangle motif with Maison Kitsuné’s emblematic fox. Aside from clothing, a Nalgene water bottle flaunts the dual iconography in support of the collaboration.
Maison Kitsuné’s SS23 collection will be available to shop on the brand’s website, at Maison Kitsuné boutiques, and at select retailers beginning March 8. Peruse the campaign’s second installment above, and stay tuned for Maison Kitsuné’s third and final SS23 delivery, set to arrive in April.
