GRIPSWANY, atmos and ASICS Band Together for a GEL-SONOMA-15-50 Collab

In these first several weeks of 2023, ASICS has been going full throttle with its collaborative projects as it has been tapped by the likes of Brain Dead and Awake NY. And it seems as though it will not be taking its foot off the gas as it has now unveiled a brand new team-up with GRIPSWANY and atmos that is centered around the ASICS GEL-SONOMA 15-50.

Hiker-friendly hues are the focus for this new iteration. Breathable mesh base layers are dialed to a drab olive hue and come accented with golden yellow burst that touch down on the mudguards. Up close, you’ll notice that the collars and overlays that make up the ASICS tiger stripes are fitted with a stealthy blend of black and gray camo-esque patterns which match up with its neutral-toned hiking style shoe laces. In addition, its weatherproof build is marked by a GORE-TEX hit that makes its way onto the forefoot. Additional details to call out include the GRIPSWANY hangtag that dangles off of the left shoe along with the extra sets of orange and yellow laces that come packaged with the kicks.

atmos Tokyo is raffling these off through February 3, 2023 for ￥19,800 (approx. $153 USD).
