Official Images of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Black/White"
Hitting shelves next month.
Update: It’s been a few months since a first look at the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Black/White” made an appearance. However, it’s nearly time for the much-anticipated sneaker to touch down on shelves as Nike has finally revealed the sneaker in its entirety. Covered in black and white details, it releases on February 24 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $180 USD. For more info about the pair, review our initial breakdown below.
Original Story: It looks like Jordan Brand is looking to drop another iteration of the classic Air Jordan 1 High. Instagram user Woganwodeyang has taken to the platform to reveal another pair of the monochrome AJ1s that appear to be a re-release of the ‘85 rendition.
The images posted online seem to be an early look at the alleged samples. Different from previous applications of the white and black, monochromatic look, white details the Swoosh, collar and heel instead of black. The shoe colorway resembles that of the Jordan 1 “RE2PECT,” without the subtle words of inspiration.
According to the leaks, these Air Jordan 1 shoes are expected to come out in Spring 2024. No additional information has been released just yet. But it appears that the white highlights the toe box, midsole, Swoosh, heel and collar while the black outlines the rest of the shoe including the tongue, laces, Air Jordan logo and outsole. Look out for the pair arriving soon.
