Sergio Tacchini Adds New Heritage-Inspired Silhouettes to “Livello Rosso” Collection
From skate to basketball, discover how the brand is referencing more than just tennis.
For Fall/Winter 2024, Italian sportswear brand Sergio Tacchini introduces seven new silhouettes to its contemporary “Livello Rosso” sneaker range. Similar to its previous installments, the upcoming drop sees the brand take cues from past footwear models, however, this time it looks beyond tennis to draw on its lesser-known associations with other sports.
Among the unexpected styles dropping in next season’s line-up is the Cage Advantage DA sneaker in white and black colorways. With thick padded panels, wide laces and other overstated features, this skate-inspired sneaker confidently subverts from the clean-cut court shoes that Sergio Tacchini is known for.
Landing at the forefront of the FW24 range is the Slam Shot Hi DA Ultra. Referencing Sergio Tacchini’s presence in basketball throughout the ‘80s, this nostalgic sneaker features a classic high-top basketball silhouette as well as the brand’s original Dynamic Action cushioning system, and will drop alongside the latest colorways of its popular BB Court Low model.
In its track-ready offering, Sergio Tacchini reveals the Y2K Winter Marathon sneaker. Succeeding last year’s Y2K Trail Runner, this edition maintains the streamlined running silhouette but swaps the trail-focused aesthetics with layers of suede and tight-knit mesh to create an all-round sporty shoe.
Supporting the collection is the lifestyle-focused Top Spin Platform model, the on-trend Neo Terrace and returning Prime Shot sneaker, arriving in two fresh iterations. Along with the latest packs – including the versatile Monte Carlo Country Club range and the Craft Pack adorned in embroidered detailing – the upcoming models are set to make the “Livello Rosso” range the brand’s most diverse footwear offering yet.
