The Kid LAROI Drops Trailer For Debut Album 'The First Time'
Its lead single releases next week.
19-year-old Australian music artist The Kid LAROI has released a new trailer for his debut full-length album titled The First Time, announcing the release date of its lead single for next week. Briefly referred to as Kids Are Growing Up ahead of the latest announcement, Laroi’s highly-anticipated LP explores the feeling of firsts — “The first time you fall in love. The first time you get caught. The first time you feel shame. The first real kiss.” With heavy nostalgic synths playing in the background, Laroi scrolls through his past memories as the video recounts the artist’s coming-of-age experience.
The First Time follows The Kid LAROI’s trilogy of mixtapes titled F*ck Love which includes chart-topping tracks such as “Without You” and “Go” featuring Juice WRLD. His most recent release was with New York-based rapper Fivio Foreign, sampling Far East Movement‘s 2010 song “Rocketeer” for “Paris to Tokyo.”
The first song from The First Time is set to release next Tuesday on January 19. Fans can pre-save it here.
