Last month, Nike and WNBA superstar Elena Delle Donne connected to reveal Delle Donne’s first signature sneaker, the Nike Air Deldon. Featuring Nike’s Flyease system for accessibility, the sneaker is designed with everyone in mind. Delle Donne, as an advocate for all, ensured that people such as her sister who struggle with putting on traditional shoes due to physical limitations have a basketball shoe they can rely on. Beyond this inclusion, the silhouette is packed with performance enhancing specifications to ensure that it is court-ready.

Following the sneaker’s first colorway that featured a minty green, the Air Deldon now carries a color palette primarily composed of blue and gray shades. The mixed material upper combines blue with black speckles alongside black, red branding, shades of gray and yellow laces with a multicolored pattern. Nike and “EDD” branding can be found throughout while this colorway is equipped with a red ribbon sharing Nike and Delle Donne’s commitment to everyone. Lastly, the sole unit features an Air Strobel unit throughout the footbed for a responsive feel.

Release for the second colorway of Delle Donne’s signature Nike Air Deldon sneaker is expected to take place in the coming weeks via Nike and select Nike Basketball retailers at a price of $120 USD.

For more Nike Basketball news, the Swoosh has officially introduced the Nike Air Zoom GT Cut 2, featuring a new advanced traction design.
