In its 37 years of existence, the Air Jordan 1 has blossomed into nearly an entire sneaker division itself, courtesy of Nike and Jordan Brand’s continuous reworks, collaborations and themed releases. In 2022, one of the ways Jordan brand has elaborated on this was the introduction of the “Inside Out” series. Starting on the Air Jordan 1 Mid, this uniquely structured colorway series blends materials and layers. Now, following a darker gray pack of colorways, a “Navy” color palette is landing on the Air Jordan 1 Low “Inside Out.”

This time around, a textile mesh is joined by suede, leather and patent leather to outfit the sneaker’s deconstructed upper. A standard navy outfits the leather Swooshes, suede collar and overlays, laces, mesh tongue and mudguard while a darker shade lands on the patent leather toebox, midfoot mesh base and embroidered Wings logo at the heel. Gray joins the mix at the lacing system towards the collar and on the heel, holding reflective properties in each place. A traditional Air Jordan 1 sole unit completes the look in “Sail” at the stitched midsole and gray on the rubber outsole.

Take an official look at the Air Jordan 1 Low Inside Out “Navy” above. Release is expected to take place in the coming months via Nike and select retailers at a price of $120 USD.

In other footwear news, Jordan Brand has prepared the Air Jordan 1 Low with yet another wear-away upper, this time in black and gold.
