Shortly after announcing its collaboration with Nike earlier this month, Stüssy now unveils its upcoming Fall ‘22 collection. For the lookbook, Stüssy captures portraits of its friends and family in London featuring the brand’s iconic 8-ball motif in the background. Staying true to the brand’s roots, the upcoming series delivers a familiar range of relaxed and accessible California staples.
Highlighting the assemblage are new outwear silhouettes including neon orange and olive vests echoing the aesthetic of reversed MA-1 bombers, floral-patterned fleece jackets, windbreakers featuring vivid graphics of a seaside mountain range, and pink-lined varsity jackets with back graphics describing what Stüssy stands for.
“‘S’ is for super fresh, ‘T’ is for our tribe and those livin’ large. ‘U’ is for that umlaut you can’t forget. ‘S’ is a reminder to stand firm. The other ‘S’ is for so many great people involved and lastly, the ‘Y’ is for yesterday because in this great future you can’t forget your past. Increase the peake since nineteen eighty!” Writes the blockquote embroidery.
Other standouts include knitted pullovers featuring “S” swirl logos, quilted jackets featuring double dice motifs, zebra-print vests, flannel-patterned blouson jackets, and white dress shirts found in DIY city logo ink. Rounding out the assortment are loose and flowy bottoms including work pants and nylon sweatpants.
Stüssy’s first drop from Fall 2022 will be available worldwide August 19.
