Jordan Brand Shares Official Images of the PSG x Air Jordan 5 Low
The legendary football club joins Jordan Brand once again.
One of Jordan Brand’s key collaborators in recent years has been football club Paris Saint-Germain. Each operating as titans of its respective industry, the two have come together to rework classic silhouettes such as the Air Jordan 7. Now, after early images popped up in June, we have a closer look at the PSG x Air Jordan 5 Low.
Following up on the CLOT x Air Jordan 5 Low, the low-top version of the Air Jordan 5 now gets a Parisian touch. “Pumice” arrives on the mostly tonal upper which is accented by collaborative detailing and the sole unit. Black hits the tongue and midsole while a red lacelock and icy translucent outsole add additional color to the look. A callout to the French flag hits the aglets and lateral tag which reads “paname.” The PSG logo is stamped at the heel and is visible through the outsole. “ICI C’EST PARIS” text lands on the inside tag of the tongue to complete the pair.
For those interested, a release date of September 3 has been set. Nike and select retailers are expected to carry the PSG x Air Jordan 5 Low at a price of $200 USD.
Elsewhere in footwear, the Air Jordan 1 High OG “Stealth” is set to release this August.
