Jordan Brand operates with a balance of old and new looks. The brand has an established history of mixing and matching colorways and silhouettes to create fresh takes that still feel connected to the core of Jordan Brand. One such colorway that has graced many different models is the University of North Carolina-inspired “UNC.” Key elements of this color palette include “Carolina Blue,” “White” and “Black.”
Now landing on the Air Jordan 1 Low OG, the “UNC” treatment offers a mix of blue, black and white throughout the iconic silhouette. Standard to the Air Jordan 1 Low OG, an all-leather upper pairs with a standard two-tone sole unit. The midsole and base of the upper sport a plain white while black lands on the laces, Swooshes, Wings logo and forefoot overlays. Hits of blue accent the look at the tongue branding, heel and outsole to complete the Tar Heel inspired colorway.
A release date of September 28 has been set for the “UNC” version of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. Expect Nike and select retailers to have this pair on shelves at a price of $130 USD.
