Paris Saint-Germain and Jordan Brand Reunite for New Air Jordan 7 Collaboration
The Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette gets hit with Parisian flair.

Paris Saint-Germain — the Ligue 1 football club whose roster holds elite names such as Neymar Jr. and Kylian Mbappé — will be reconvening with Jordan Brand this year to partner up on a fresh Air Jordan 7 collaboration. This newest take on the retro model serves as a follow up to the two parties’ Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT renditions.
This particular design departs from the airbrush-esque motif seen on the aforementioned AJ1 installment, and instead opts to go with a color palette that is more aligned with the Parisian soccer franchise’s logo. The base erects its side walls and toe boxes alike with tumbled white leathers, and features semi-translucent windows that are positioned at the mid-foot and collars, the latter of which hosts golden yellow Jumpman embellishments. Nods to the PSG logo are executed through the “College Navy” accents which line the neoprene throat, inner heel bootie and the badge backdrop of the heel’s Fleur-de-lis insignia. “University Red” accents notes land on the tongues’ Jordan branding, interior lining and exterior heel trim. Similar to past offerings, a “Paname” tab is called upon to decorate the mid-foot.
Stacked underneath is a midsole which is primarily painted in black and comes neighbored by mountainous molds which feature navy and white color-blocking. Another element to point out is the footbeds which have been adorned with all-over retro patterns in PSG colors and the phrase “Ici C’est Paris” — the very chant that fans yell during games when rooting for their squad.
Early reports have this collaborative colorway dropping on May 22nd for $225, but Nike has yet to confirm this.
