As part of Nike’s ongoing commitment to innovation in footwear, the Swoosh introduced the Spark Flyknit as its latest experimental runner. Indicated by its name, the silhouette combines the familiar Nike Flyknit upper with new Spark technology at the sole. While details regarding the new Spark sole unit have not been shared, it’s likely to be one of Nike’s latest efforts in cushioning innovation. Earlier this year we got a first look at the model after images of a colorway composed of orange and blue popped up, followed by official images of a sleek pair in beige.

Now, the Spark Flyknit has surfaced in various shades of purple, creating a lavender-type look to the sneaker. Accenting the layers of purple, volt green pops up for the branding while a white midsole rests atop a blue outsole. Beyond that, a purple-brown tone hits the laces, heel and plate of the sole.

As of now, the Swoosh has not shared any release information regarding this colorway or the stateside debut of the Spark Flyknit model. However, it is expected to launch in the coming months via Nike and select retailers.

In case you missed it, Nike is giving the Dunk Low a “Valerian Blue” colorway later this month.
