Closer Look at Dior's Footwear Lineup for Summer '23
Hiker-inspired models, high-cut boots and more are on the way.

After launching its highly-anticipated collection with Birkenstock, Dior is already looking ahead and previewing all of the footwear that it has planned for next Summer. A slew of new silhouettes are on the way, some of which draw from trail models, while others are designed for dressier occasions.
The first silhouette to bring to light is the French luxury label’s slightly chunky hiker-inspired model. Uppers are fashioned with a breathable mesh and come surrounded with wayward grid overlays to channel a similar look and feel to certain sneaker offerings from ROA. Dior branding embellishes the toe tips, and chunky midsole pieces and thick treading arrives below. A lighter, reduced weight variation of this model is also on the lineup. An airy cage-like frame makes up a majority of the build and it comes constructed with colored inserts and a technical lacing system.
Formal silhouettes are also included in the assemblage, one of which arrives in the form of a low-cut boot with branded shoe condom that wraps from the toe box and runs to the lower end of the rear. A high-cut Chelsea boot-inspired makeup also shows up in the assemblage that comes in Dior’s signature gray palette and features branding on the soft-textured collars.
Peep the kicks above and expect them to arrive during the Summer 2023 season.
