Dior's $8,700 USD Gardening Kit Makes Green-Fingered Fun Couture
The folding chair and tools are designed by Kim Jones as an ode to Mr. Dior’s love for gardens and flowers.

From Birkenstocks to BMXs, Kim Jones‘ Dior can make anything luxurious, including a gardening kit. For those who are green-fingered and want nothing but the very best in gardening couture, look no further than Dior’s newest set, which is made using swathes of grained beige or black bull calfskin leather.
Designed by Jones himself as an ode to Christian Dior’s love of flowers and gardens, the set consists of a foldable seat that features nods to the house’s iconic Saddle bag. The curvaceous shapes of the Saddle bag appear as a pocket on the foldable chair, with D-ring hardware and palladium-finished Dior branding complementing the look.
In addition to this, a hand rake and spade come included in the set, each with palladium hardware, grained leather handles and Dior branding on the base of each handheld accessory. The set can be folded up and carried, but is best stored in the special box with a pouch to keep it as good as new at all times.
Dior’s gardening set comes in beige or black, with both retailing for £7,100 GBP (approx. $8,700 USD). Take a closer look at the object above, and purchase it in-store by requesting it using the online form.
