The New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson has recently teased his upcoming Naruto collaboration with Jordan Brand. With the release of the first look at the Naruto x Jordan Zion 1, the collab has cemented Williamson’s love for the anime.

Following the announcement, Williamson took to Twitter to share a one-off custom illustration from Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto. Williamson can be seen showing off the drawing in the photo, accompanied with the caption, “Honored to share a one-of-a-kind drawing by Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto. My interest in anime began at a young age and still inspires me today. Naruto’s motto was to always believe in yourself and everything will work out.” The illustration by Kishimoto’s reimagines Zion Williamson as an anime character in Naruto‘s world.

There has not yet been any additional information regarding the collaboration. So far there has been three colorways for the Jordan Zion 1, each inspired by the Six Paths Sage Mode Naruto, Six Paths Madara Uchiha and Naruto in his Nine-Tailed Demon Fox Four Tails Form.

Take a look at the illustration below.
