With season two just around the corner, Netflix has now revealed the opening animation sequence for the return of Ultraman.

Aside from a few action sequences in the clip, much of the plot for season two remains under wraps. However, various promotional material from the show reveals that many more Ultraman characters will be joining the series this season, including Jack, Taro and Zoffy, who will partner up with the other three main characters from season one to form the legendary Ultra 6 Brothers. Along with new protagonists, we’ll also be getting a new villain with Alien Pedanto joining the series, voiced by Jujutsu Kaisen and Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway‘s Junichi Suwabe as his voice actor.

For fans of the series, the second season of Ultraman will debut on Netflix on April 14.

Elsewhere in entertainment, Viz Media has announced the English release of Death Note: Short Stories.
