Polaroid Officially Unveils Its Nike SB Dunk Low Collaboration
Polaroid’s signature rainbow colors unite on the pair’s stacked Swooshes.
There’s a considerable amount of attention around Nike and its Nike SB label this season given that the sub-label has already previewed a handsome batch of new footwear products. A silhouette that has been gaining some traction in recent memory is the Nike SB Dunk Low as it has been uncovering various collaborations and GRs, one being its forthcoming team-up with Polaroid. After first surfacing in 2021, the collaboration has now been officially announced by the popular camera imprint.
The kicks are designed to mimic the look and feel of a Polaroid camera. The memory-creating tool is translated through smooth black leather uppers that have been ornamented with the camera entity’s signature rainbow colors that form the Swooshes that start at the quarter panels and stack all the way down to the midsoles. A thin Polaroid spectrum is positioned beneath the laces and both logos come embossed on the rear ends via a custom reflective backtab.
