Drake is officially moving out of Hidden Hills, California. The OVO head listed his mansion — dubbed the “YOLO Estate” — in the exclusive neighborhood for a whopping $22.2 million USD.
According to reports, the YOLO Estate is actually comprised of three homes situated right next to each other with a total size of 6.7 acres. The main English Tudor house, which is going for a solo selling price of $14.8 million USD, is spread across 12,500 square feet and features six fireplaces, a wine cellar, tasting room, 25-seat theater and a primary bedroom suite that is almost 2,000 square feet complete with a spa with marble soaking tubs.
