Florence Pugh in Talks To Join Cast of ‘Dune: Part 2'
Possibly playing a main character from Frank Herbert’s sci-fi epic.

Florence Pugh could be reuniting with Little Women co-star Timothée Chalamet in Denis Villeneuve‘s Dune: Part 2.
According to reports, the Black Widow actress is currently in negotiations to portray Princess Irulan Corrino — a main character in Frank Herbert’s sci-fi epic who eventually becomes romantically involved with Chalamet’s Paul Atreides. If a deal is inked, this will mark a new collaboration between Pugh and Chalamet, who both starred in Greta Gerwig’s Little Women adaptation as Amy March and Theodore “Laurie” Lawrence, respectively.
Variety adds that production for Dune: Part 2 is scheduled to begin this summer and will see the return of Villeneuve as director and Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista and Javier Bardem.
Dune: Part 2 premieres October 20, 2023.
