Balenciaga Introduces the Crocs Pool Slide in a Rainbow of Colorways
The $565 USD pair adds height and an open-toe to the familiar shoe.
Balenciaga and Crocs are back with yet another boundary-breaking collaborative offering, this time around presenting the Pool Slide. Available in both men’s and women’s iterations, the pair takes the signature Crocs design and adds a high-profile sole unit with a 5mm arch for something that could be worn more easily around water, allowing you to dip your toe in without getting completely soaked.
These Demna-designed slides follow on from the HardCrocs, Madame 80mm heeled Crocs, and the Kanye West-approved Croc Boots, and hark all the way back to Balenciaga’s first Crocs collaboration from 2018. Here, pairs come in green, black, pink, white, yellow, and two printed iterations comprising a tulip print and a generic floral design.
All of the typical Balenciaga tropes appear on the Pool Slide, from the sizing on the heel to Balenciaga branding on the vamp covering and on the underside of the slide, and all pairs retail for $565 USD regardless of the colorway or print.
