Fender Crafts One-of-One Guitars Inspired by Hot Wheels Liveries

Hot Wheels and Fender are teaming up to produce 16 unique guitars and basses inspired by the liveries of select Hot Wheels cars released in the past decades.
The one-of-a-kind guitars including Stratocaster, Telecaster, Jaguar, Katana, and Precision Bass models are featured in a range of colorful hues with racing stripes, flame, glitter, and gradient details reflective of the 1/64 model cars.
Highlights include the triangular Bad to the Blade Katana in Black Sparkle with Orange and Teal trim, Muscle Bound Stratocaster in Metallic Cadillac Green with custom shark fighter jet graphics, and Rip Rod Telecaster in classic Hot Wheels colors.
“Each builder brought their own unique take to the design process, which was influenced by the years of childhood nostalgia and the iconic orange track,” said Fender Custom Shop Master Builder Dennis Galuszka. “The final results are works of art that pay tribute to both Fender and Hot Wheels.”
Every Hot Wheels x Fender guitar will be custom built by a master or apprentice at the Fender Custom Shop and are priced between $10,500 to $16,500 USD. Look for the instruments to arrive via the FCS website in the coming weeks.
