Amongst Few Unveils Reebok Club C 85 "Magic Carpet" Collaboration
Decked in premium Nappa leather and Arabic influences.
Dubai‘s premium streetwear brand and retailer amongst few is an original, and now it echoes its ethos with the soon-coming Reebok Club C 85 collaboration titled “Magic Carpet.”
In a partnership that sees the East meet the West, amongst few’s Club C 85 takes the OG sneaker and applies a heavy dose of luxurious materials, nodding to the culture of craft that can be found through the UAE. Nappa leather combines with mismatching tongue color variations with exposed foam fillings, contrasting branded windows, heels and reformatted perforations for a story that explores “the complex and intricate craftsmanship of carpet weaving,” from which this sneaker draws its inspiration.
Arabic and English branding appear across the sneaker’s redesign, prominently appearing in the mid-panel window, while more branding can be found on the transparent light gum-hued outsole. Intricate arabesque floral patterns are found inside the shoe, complementing the shoebox that has been customized exclusively for this collaboration, while 3M reflectiveness and branded aglets round out the pair.

In essence, like these timeless crafted pieces, the design of [the] ‘Magic Carpet’ Club C is made to be utilized, admired, and appreciated by all cultures across the globe for decades to come.
