There were so many highlights in February from fashion weeks to Black History Month celebrations to Super Bowl, and we’re just as hopeful that March will be just as, if not even more exciting. On the footwear front, these first several days of the new month are ridiculously stacked with hot ticket releases, but before we enlighten you on those, let’s first brief you on all of the most important sneaker news that turned up last week.

A new installment of Sole Mates was unveiled over the weekend in which HYPEBEAST featured Harlem native and style icon A$AP Nast about his Reebok Zig Kinetica II Edge collaboration. Additionally, Y-3 celebrated its 20th anniversary with a new campaign, so we dove into the brand’s most pivotal moments from the last two decades. Staying on the topic of adidas, the German brand has had plenty of major moments as of late. It debuted its insane collaboration with Gucci, revealed detailed shots of its forthcoming YEEZY 450 “Sulfur” and showed off the upcoming YEEZY SLIDE “Onyx” colorway.

Moving the attention to the Nike side, the Swoosh released official images of one of the Concepts x Nike Air Max 1 colorways, teased an ocean-inspired Dunk Low as well as announced its 2022 Doernbecher collection with the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Its Beaverton neighbors over at Jordan Brand brought word that it has a fairway-ready Air Jordan 12 “Taxi” on the way as well as a clean Air Jordan 6 “Red Oreo” makeup dropping this year.

In terms of other news, HYPEBEAST also rounded up JJJJound’s best footwear collaborations, DC Comics collaborated with PUMA for a footwear capsule and Balenciaga’s crazy SS22 HardCrocs™ released to the market.

Now that you’re all updated with the sneaker-relevant 411, check out all of this week’s top launches here below. When you’re all done there, be sure to check out HBX for more footwear styles to add to your rotation.
