'The Mandalorian' N-1 Starfighter Is Coming to LEGO

LEGO recently announced it will be dropping a model inspired by The Book of Boba Fett throne room later this year. Now, the block-building company is unveiling yet another Star Wars-themed model, unveiling the release of The Mandalorian N-1 Starfighter.
The N-1 Starfighter was first seen in Star Wars: Episode 1 – The Phantom Menace but only appeared in the fifth episode of The Book of Boba Fett. The model is a 412 piece kit that features a cockpit for Mando, a space for Grogu, as well as a spring-loaded shooter and a cargo compartment. The space in front of the main cockpit can be easily removed, which is where the small cargo area can be seen. Alongside the fighter-craft are mini-figurines of the Mandalorian with his darksaber and jetpack, Peli Motto, the Tatooine mechanic with a wrench in hand, Grogu and a BD Droid.
The new models are a part of the company’s 90th-anniversary releases, where LEGO will be unleashing over 245 sets in just the first half of 2022 alone. LEGO Star Wars is expected to release other iconic models including one inspired by Luke Skywalker’s return scene in the second season of The Mandalorian, and the Dark Trooper Attack set featuring Luke, three Dark Troopers in the corridor of Moff Gideon’s ship.
The kit for the N-1 Starfighter is priced at $59.99 USD and will be available starting on March 1 on LEGO.
