Of all of the Nike Sportswear models under the sun, the Dunk is certainly the silhouette that is having its time right now. The Swoosh team knows better than anyone to continue to ride the waves whenever a model trends in the upwards direction, and therefore you can expect a superfluity of new colorways to drop in the coming months. The Nike Dunk High “Dark Powder Blue” is one of those variations, and it has just appeared by way of early imagery.

The color palette of these definitely evokes feelings of the Swoosh’s classic 1985 “Be True to Your School” Pack as it comes styled in a way that unofficially nods to the UNC Tar Heels. Base layers stick with the original smooth leather materials and come dressed with “Dark Powder Blue” overlays, Swooshes, laces and interior lining. Adjacent to this are clean white tongues, perforated toe boxes, collars and quarter panels. Bottoms follow the same cadence as they are readied with angelic midsoles and treading that’s dyed in its titular shade.

Sift through the gallery up top for a closer look and keep your eyes peeled for these to drop via Nike in the months ahead.

For other news, a Nike SB “New York Mets” colorway has popped up.
