Telfar's Shopping Bag Gets the Patent Leather Treatment
In both black and red.
After a metallic Mosse Knuckles collaboration, a circular Eastpak team-up and a slew of fluffy UGG crossovers, Telfar has introduced its most refined slate of Shopping Bags to date: the patent leather collection.
Arriving in both black and red iterations, the newest Bushwick Birkins gush with double-take-worthy, glossy finishes. The slick (and vegan) silhouette includes all the familiar inclusions, with magnetic closure, hand and shoulder straps, and the central Telfar emblem.

Telfar has long teased its patent leather lineup, with quiet gifts to friends of the brand and subtle appearances in mainstream media. The shiny shopper was spotted in the City Girls and Usher‘s “Good Love” video (thanks to a legion of TikTok detectives), and rumors quickly circulated that the new collection would arrive soon.
The lustrous bags will officially drop on December 6 at 12 p.m. ET via Telfar’s website. The collection will include the brand’s standard sizing options: small ($191 USD), medium ($252 USD) and large ($362 USD). The prices are slightly higher than usual, due in part to the bags’ more expensive materials.
