TEN C Extends Winter Range with First-Ever Outerwear Capsule
In seasonal tones of warm purple and beige.

Italian menswear label Ten C has announced it will launch a mini capsule collection for the upcoming holiday season. The new arrival marks the first time that the brand has put together a capsule collection, expanding on its traditional bi-annual drop calendar.
For the capsule, Ten C selects its Hurricane Combo Down Anorak and the Austral Down jacket and remodels the puffer-style coats in new fabric and technical components. Utilizing a mix of crinkled nylon on top of the brand’s signature Original Japanese Jersey, the new Hurricane Combo Down Anorak boasts high-density, wind resistance and water-repellent qualities. It is complete with a high-neck hood and toggles for added-protection.
In contrast, the Austral Down jacket is more supple in feel. The garment’s soft, cotton-like touch is mimicked by a functional nylon tactel fabric that’s engineered to dry eight times faster than other natural fibers. Finished with a specially-developed garment dyeing technique, the Austral Down Jacket also takes on rich hues without fading in the rain.
Playing on the brand’s overarching “hybridization” focus, both outerwear pieces are designed with detachable sleeves which turn them from jackets to layerable gilets. Each model arrives in Military Green, black and Ten C’s classic Chalk Beige, as well as an holiday-ready Aubergine colorway for its Austral Down jacket.
Showcasing the collection through another form of artistry, Dutch dancer Mark Von Drunick models the pieces as he moves around the studio with expressive dance. It flicks from one mode of wear to the next with seamless transitions into the gilet styles. Take a closer look in the video above.
The new Ten C capsule collection will be available from December 3 on its website and a select 30 of its stores worldwide.
