Globally renowned Chinese director Wong Kar-wai is joining forces with Heaven by Marc Jacobs for an all-new capsule collection that celebrates the director’s staple ’90s films. From Chungking Express to Fallen Angels and Happy Together, the duo celebrates the award-winning pictures through a co-ed capsule collection for all.
Hoodies, crewnecks, vests, T-shirts, dresses, skirts, and accessories are mutually fashioned with graphics that mirror essential quotes and scenes from the movies. Collection highlights include sequin-covered tees, skirts, and dresses that reflect the vibrant streets of Hong Kong, while cropped hoodies feature “love you for 10,000 years” text atop illustrative flowers, taken from Chungking Express.
The phrase is also stamped on black knit vests that sit alongside tees and crewnecks adorned with shimmering “Fallen Angels” lettering. Finally, mesh tops display various scenes from Wong Kar-wai’s films, and chained accessories spell out “HAPPY TOGETHER” and “FALLEN ANGELS.”
