Concepts and Oakley Team Up for Special "Lobsterskins" Sunglasses
Updated colorways of the classic Frogskin, inspired by Concepts and Nike SB’s “Lobster” SB Dunk series.

It’s a big week for Concepts. The Boston-based bastion of sneaker and streetwear culture is dropping its “Orange Lobster” SB Dunk Low in collaboration with Nike, and a 130-piece “Surreality” collection will also accompany the highly-anticipated release. A key piece of that “Surreality” collection is three unique takes on Oakley’s famous Frogskins frames, dubbed “Lobsterskins” and designed with color schemes inspired by Concepts and Nike SB’s “Lobster” lineage.
The “Lobsterskins” arrive in orange, red, and blue, each of which pays homage to a different SB Dunk Low “Lobster.” Orange is, of course, a nod to the forthcoming “Orange Lobster,” while red goes all the way back to the line’s genisis by saluting 2008’s “Red Lobster” and blue acknowledges 2009’s “Blue Lobster,” another rare catch. Each also features mirrored lenses, corresponding stem branding and a special soft case.
Expect all three colorways of the Concepts x Oakley “Lobsterskins” to release exclusively at Concepts’ Art Basel pop-up in Miami as well as on their webstore and at their physical retail locations come December 2.
