Stockholm-based fashion house Acne Studios has officially opened a new store at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, one of Singapore’s largest luxury shopping malls. With over 60 locations, Acne Studios’ new outpost marks the brand’s first-ever expansion into Southeast Asia as its international demand continues to grow.

The new shop was designed by the Swedish design studio Halleröd, which encases the space entirely in clear glass sheets. Inside the open-box area are steel-framed glass boxes filled with batik-dyed textiles and amorphous single-seater poufs from furniture designer Max Lamb, adding a dose of chaos to the clean, industrial feel of the store. Currently on display at the boutique is a range of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and accessories including the brand’s delicate SS23 collection and the brand’s signature Musubi bags.

The new Acne Studios location is now open in the South Wing of Marina Bay Sands.
