Stüssy x Nike Air Max Penny 2 Appears With a "Black/Green" Color Scheme

In 2022, Nike has partnered with a multitude of streetwear brands both old and new alike for special footwear projects, one of which Stüssy. The duo added to its rich collaborative history this year with Air Force 1 Mid and Air Max 2013 collections, and now they have their eyes set on ushering in a capsule that focuses on the Nike Air Max Penny 2. A “Triple Black” offering surfaced in August, and now we’re learning that the California streetwear imprint has also prepared a “Black/Green” iteration.

Official images of the pair has surfaced onto our radar, all of which reveal its striking details. A noticeable difference between this pair and the aforementioned all-black installment is the upper’s materials. As opposed to sporting breathable hemp, this rendition comes materialized with buttery suede overlays and winterized textiles. The former is showered with a bright green hue while the latter is submerged in black. Stüssy‘s signature logo arrives on the raised quarter panel ridges as well as on the outsole’s heel adjacent to Penny Hardaway‘s signature insignia. For more flair, metallic silver panels are attached to the heel while red Air units are visible through its see-through sole bubble.

No release info has been announced yet, but you can likely expect these to drop alongside matching apparel in the coming months.
