Air Jordan 1 Low Elevate Gets Treated With the Classic "Neutral Grey" Palette
The platform J’s also come styled with cork insoles.
A reoccurring pattern that we’ve seen with the Air Jordan 1 Low Elevate since Jordan Brand introduced the model back in late 2021 is that it’s shown a penchant for borrowing classic color schemes. So far, the chunky model has done impersonations of the “Bred,” “University Blue” and the “Lucky Green,” and now it’s slated to release in a “Neutral Grey” palette. This speaks to the retro Air Jordan 1 Hi’ 85 and Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Neutral Grey,” both of which saw retro launches in 2021.
Starting off with the base layer, it is predominantly made up of smooth leather materials that are fitted in white. Its titular shade acts as a secondary color and douses the buttery suede Swoosh logos and overlays on the heels, the latter of which features a raised ball-and-wings logo silhouette. Inside the kicks, you can find angelic Nike branding that rests atop cork-infused insoles. Bottoms are engineered with a colorless platform midsole unit that comes adorned with a tiny Jumpman insignia on the lower heel. Outsoles are then completely submerged in more “Neutral Grey” to round out its look.
A release date has yet to be confirmed by Nike for these, but keep your eyes peeled for a drop likely in the coming months.
Elsewhere in sneakers, Jordan Brand and SoleFly have reunited for an Air Jordan 13 collaboration.
