Jordan Brand Presents Space-Themed "Exploration Unit" Collection
Featuring the Air Jordan 1 Mid, Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low and Jordan Legacy 312.
Always looking to mix things up, Jordan Brand has a history of branching out with its silhouettes and themes. Now, for this fall, it introduces a galactic “Exploration Unit” collection.
Landing on the Air Jordan 1 Mid, Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low and Jordan Legacy 312, this space theme utilizes a “Sail/Beta Blue-Coconut Cream-Light Smoke-Team Red” color palette on each of its out of this world colorways. Curiously enough, however, only the Air Jordan 1 colorways feature thematic detailing such as the tongue’s emblem that reads “JORDAN EXPLORATION UNIT 20XX” and lists the coordinates “45°30’38.0”N 122°49’52.0”W,” landing precisely at the Nike World Headquarters. An additional reference on the Air Jordan 1 colorways are futuristic graphics made up of gridlines, landing on the heel of both and the Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low’s Swooshes.
The launch of Jordan Brand’s “Exploration Unit” is expected to take place in the coming weeks via Nike and select retailers. Expected prices range between $135 USD for the Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low and $150 USD for the Jordan Legacy 312.
In other news, an early, on-foot look at the Air Jordan 1 “True Blue” has surfaced ahead of its early 2023 release date.
