YouTuber Peter Knetter has just created a wooden Nintendo Switch — it’s actually a completely wooden shell that goes over the switch and its buttons.
Bidding on 10 Nintendo Switch consoles for $155 USD, Knetter was expecting to be outbid, but to his surprise, he won the entire lot. Known for his expertise in combining carpentry with the world of gaming, Knetter walks viewers through the entire process of turning a block of wood into a wooden Switch shroud. After some comical banter and the accidental gluing of a button, Knetter puts the wooden Switch to the test by playing an impromptu offline Super Smash Bros. tournament. Check out the build in his video above.
In other gaming news, the Analogue Pocket handheld is being delayed for the third time.
