Nike Brings Back the OG Air Huarache "Aquatone"
For the model’s 30th anniversary.
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Nike‘s classic Air Huarache, the footwear giant has brought back the OG “Aquatone” colorway, following the drop of the “Magenta,” a summer-ready style with a watersports-esque color scheme.
Dressed in white, “Aquatone” and “Deep Magenta”, the retro iteration is covered in form-fitting neoprene that wraps the wearer’s heel and forefoot, while the rest of the uppers come in crisp white full-grain leather. Heel cages combine black and more magenta, spotting embossed Nike branding at the rear. More branding can be founded at the black rubberized Air Huarache badge over a cushioned “Aqua” tongue, as well as Nike’s logo on the insoles. The bright silhouette is completed by matching shoelaces, white midsoles and black rubber outsoles.
Priced at $120 USD, the Nike Air Huarache “Aquatone” is set to drop on August 27th over at Nike’s website.
