Nike Dusts the Air Force 1 Low in "Powder Blue"
The popular “UNC” colorway on a popular silhouette.

With a recent surge in popularity for the UNC colorway, Nike has dipped the Air Force 1 Low in “Powder Blue.” The color scheme has taken a multitude of renditions since the first collaboration with the University of North Carolina for the 1993-94 season with 200 pairs of basketball shoes issued for the Tar Heels.
Releases such as the Nike Dunk Low, Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 5 PE and SB x Air Jordan 1 Low have gotten the clear blue sky makeover in the past few years. Now, the sportswear giant has combined the popular hue with its highly-favored silhouette that slathers the entire upper leather base with Powder Blue along with a crisp white Swoosh on the laterals. Pops of white detail the tongue branding, liner, heel tab, insole branding and midsole while the rubber outsole follows suit of the uppers.
Look out for the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Powder Blue” to release in the coming weeks at select retailers and Nike’s website for $90 USD.
