Now that “dad shoes” and the whole Steve Jobs retro fashion aesthetic is deemed cool in today’s era, the New Balance 992 has regained momentum within the sneaker community and continues to be released in various colorways. The 2006 model was recently unveiled in collaborative form with the denim experts at Levi’s and now it’s reverting back to its inline offerings with a fresh aqua blue and silver installment that’s pictured here above.

There’s nothing understated about this newest colorway as it’s upper half is bold in ever sense. Mesh underlays along with the mudguards and overlays that sit closest to the throat are drenched in an aqua blue hue and come accompanied by darker shades of teal that drop off on the tongues, heels and quarters. Further accents are visible along the “N” logos which are filled in with navy as well as the laces which are presented in white and liners that are whipped up with a gray exterior. Midsole units are playful in style as well as they gradient from teal to white as you move from top to bottom. Outsoles round off its vivid look as they match in shading with the aforementioned “N” insignias.

You can head over to New Balance right now to pick up a pair for yourself for $175 USD.
