Daniel Arsham X SUICOKE Unveil New Collaboration Just in Time for Fall
Reworking the ZAVO sandal.
Daniel Arsham, the contemporary artist known for his fictional archeological style, has teamed up with Suicoke for a fall/winter 2021 collaboration. The collaboration reworks Suicoke’s ZAVO style.
Suicoke’s ZAVO is reimagined using Arsham Studio’s heavyweight stonewashed canvas textile for the sandals’ upper. Additionally, the new ZAVO features a mouton fur lining, which enhances heat retention and comfort. The sandal is then topped off with a side strap and the Arsham Studio signature patch. The reimagined ZAVO comes in navy and beige colorways and also features the Arsham Studio logo on the raised footbed heel.
Recently, Arsham partnered with StockX to create a new scholarship fund for Cooper Union. Titled Next Gen Scholarship Fund, the new scholarship at Arsham’s alma mater is meant to support arts education through the two-year deal with StockX.
The new collaboration with Suicoke is priced at $250 USD and comes in US men’s sizes 8-13. Additionally, the collaboration will be available on August 20 on Suicoke’s website and select global retailers.
