Concepts Celebrates its 25th Anniversary with New "Almas" Collection
Designed for the “Sunday of summer,” the collection uses a custom Concepts pattern across its 22 pieces.

It’s been 25 years since Concepts opened its first set of Boston doors in 1996, so to celebrate a quarter-century in the game the powerful footwear and apparel retailer has presented a new “Almas” apparel collection. Introducing a custom print that makes use of Concepts’ signature interlocking C logo while also using seasonally appropriate textiles like lightweight nylon fabrics and jersey cotton across its 22 pieces the “Almas” collection was designed for the “Sunday of summer” (in more straightforward terms, the season’s end).
“Almas” means “diamond” in Arabic, and the pattern’s diamond shape/repeat branding give off an air of luxury inspiration in line with Concepts’ high street heritage. Colors range from orchid to emerald and cobalt to royal, while also spotlighting classic shades like navy and cool gray. These shades are spread out across camp shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, cargo pants and shorts, each designed to serve as a piece of a head-to-toe patterned look. Completing the offerings are a trio of accessories, namely a reversible bucket hat, a four-pack of coasters and patterned towels.
“As we celebrate 25 years, being able to extend our creative process through our in-house apparel line continues to present progressive opportunity to dig deeper into the cultural and luxury heritage that drive us,” said Concepts creative director Deon Point.
Look for the Concepts “Almas” collection to release on the Concepts webstore and the brand’s Boston and New York flagships come August 13.
