The rapper, who was recently freed from prison recently spoke in an interview with Desus & Mero, revealing an all-new update about the upcoming music he has planned with the Quavo, Offset and Takeoff. The joint mixtape is expected to be titled Shmigo Gang.
He said in the interview, “We got all types of different music coming out. We got the Shmurda sh*t coming out. We got the ‘Shmigos’ sh*t coming out. It’s going to be a lit summer.” The announcement comes just days after the rapper debuted new music at Rolling Loud Miami Festival. His five-track set featured fan favorites including “Hot N***a” and “Bobby B*tch” and his own verse from Rowdy Rebel’s “Computers.” He also took the opportunity to perform a pair of brand new tracks which titles are currently unknown.
The release date for the collaborative mixtape has yet to be announced but judging from his response, fans can look forward to a reveal later this summer.
