Ooni Perfects Its Backyard Pizza Oven Technology for the Karu 16

Ooni has further developed its pizza oven technology for a new release called the Karu 16 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven.
One of the few home-pizza ovens with a stamp of approval from the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) the True Neapolitan Pizza Association in Italy, the Karu 16 is capable of making pizzas that uphold the strict standards of Neapolitan pizza. Owners can now make serious Neapolitan pizza in their own backyards with this weatherproof oven thanks to improvements like the new hinged ViewFlame oven door, larger internal space, mounted digital thermometer display, and the added flexibility of using either wood, charcoal, or gas.
