Chanel's Latest Luxurious AirPods Case Doubles As a Pearl Necklace

Chanel has just released a new case for the Apple AirPods that doubles as a pearl necklace.
The luxurious fashion accessory features premium case materials like glass pearls, resin, metal, lambskin, and diamante. Debuted at the 2020/21 Métiers d’art Workshop Series, the beveled case is attached to an extra-long faux-pearl necklace with a metal and leather top for added comfort on the neck — this weave of gold chain and leather detail is taken directly from the house’s signature handbags.
The front of the case sees a large double “C” logo that’s been encrusted with rhinestones and frame with gold metal. For those using AirPods Pro, there’s also a wider, cream colored case. The real shocker will come when you take a look at the price tag, as these Chanel AirPods cases start at $2,675 USD, which is a lot considering the AirPods retail at $160 USD. Those with the money can head over to Chanel to order one of these lavish cases for their earbuds.
