Keaton Goddard, season 7 episode 33 Forged in Fire champion, has just released a video of his entry for the Gyuto Challenge.
Founder of Faraway Forge, Goddard’s entry takes form as the world’s largest chef’s knife. Starting with what looks to be spring steel from a leaf suspension setup, Goddard gives his fans a full sped-up look at his work from raw material to the finished knife — it’s pure knife-making ASMR glory. The knife is finished with an ebony and oak handle where it appears larger than his entire arm.
