BAL and BEAMS T Join Crocs Japan For a Loafer-Clog Hybrid

Japan’s BAL and BEAMS T have teamed up with Crocs Japan for a special take on the Classic Clog.
Merging the comfortable, lightweight foam clog with that of a traditional loafer, this collaboration was born. This two-toned clog sees faux suede uppers with actual laces. The cream-colored midsole helps give separation in the construction to the casual footwear, further helping in selling that these could be formal footwear — the idea was to have these pass as a formal shoe when looked at from the top while the back is obscured by trousers.
The collab also comes with a graphic T-shirt that features Crocs’ crocodile logo brought to life, as well as a pair of utility shorts. The clogs are priced at ¥8,580 JPY ($77 USD) while the tee and shorts are priced at ¥7,150 JPY and ¥17,600 JYP (approximately $64 USD and $160 USD), respectively. Expect this capsule to drop on June 25 over at BEAMS T and BEAMS online.
