Cottweiler and Reebok Reunite for Zig 3D Storm Hydro In "Dark Orchid"
Complete with a geometric lace guard.
Previewed earlier, we now take another look at the Cottweiler and Reebok Zig 3D Storm Hydro in “Dark Orchid.” This sleek glow-in-the-dark iteration of the Zig 3D Storm Hydro is a follow-up to last year’s collaboration.
The shoe features a sleek low-profile build with a handful of hi-tech materials that provide ample comfort and support. Much of the shoe is decorated with light earth tone palettes, complemented by black rubber panels. A long semi-translucent “Sheltershield” lace guard is placed at the top of the shoe, covering a small elastic lacing system and a bit of the corduroy upper quarters that extend all the way to the toebox. There’s a thin purple strip along the sidewall that’s barely noticeable under normal light but glows in the dark alongside some reflective details near the toecap. Furthermore, “Cottweiler” branding is placed on the rear quarters, while a futuristic two-toned midsole finishes off the shoe’s bold design.
The Cottweiler x Reebok Zig 3D Storm Hydro “Dark Orchid” is currently available on Solebox’s website for €180 EUR (approximately $216 USD).
