YG and Mozzy Confirm New Project With "Perfect Timing" Music Video Featuring Blxst
Releasing in the next few weeks.
After releasing their latest single “Bompton to Oak Park”, YG and Mozzy put rumors to rest as they confirm their joint project entitled Perfect Timing by dropping the second single off the album featuring rising artist Blxst.
Switching it up from the street anthem in “Bompton to Oak Park”, the duo slows it down by weaving in Blxst’s mesmerizing vocals into the track as they reminisce on humble beginnings, working their way up, and finding success in the midst. The video directed by Suj takes the trio to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for five days of blissful beach views.
The new single follows major releases in 2020 of all three West Coast artists. YG’s My Life 4Hunnid debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 albums chart in October of last year. Oak Park’s Mozzy released Occupational Hazard after his highest-charting album Beyond Bulletproof. As for Blxst, the emerging L.A. singer dropped a deluxe edition of his debut album No Love Lost EP back in December, featuring fellow West Coast artists such as Tyga, Dom Kennedy, and Ty Dolla $ign.
