Raheem Sterling Signs With New Balance
Partnering with the brand and performance and lifestyle products, and community initiatives.
After months and years of speculation — including reports linking him with Jordan Brand and PUMA — Raheem Sterling has signed with New Balance. The England and Manchester City star will become the new face of the brand, and will collaborate with New Balance across both performance and lifestyle products, while New Balance will also support his philanthropic work.
The first collaboration is a bespoke pair of New Balance Furon v6+ boots, that Sterling will wear as he is crowned as Premier League champion for the third time, and competes with Manchester City in the Champions League final and England in the delayed Euro 2020. Additionally, New Balance will work with Sterling on community empowerment projects in London, Manchester, Kingston and other cities.
Announcing his deal with New Balance, Sterling said, “Growing up all I dreamt of was playing football. From kicking a ball around in Brent with my mates to my first Champions League Final on May 29 and representing my country at this summer’s European Championships, in my hometown. There’s so much more I want to achieve, both on and off the pitch, and this partnership will provide me with the platform to do so.”
